World Happiness Report 2017 was released in May and signals that happiness in the U.S. is dropping; we are 14th of all the countries around the world, mostly due to social factors. Norway, Denmark, Iceland, and Switzerland rank highly on all the main factors found to support happiness: caring, freedom, generosity, honesty, health, income, and good governance.
